WHAT IS ACP SHEETS?
Aluminium Composite Panel or ACP Sheets is a new age material used for architectural building exteriors, interiors and signage applications. E3 Group is the first company to establish an ACP Board manufacturing Plant in South India. Aluminium Panels are readily available in a wide range of colours and finishes like wood, stone, sparkle, gloss, pebbles, and more, E3 ACP Sheet offer the flexibility and character you need. This user friendly material can be bent, folded and turned into shapes that can’t be achieved by any other material. E3 Group never compromises on quality, similarly, ACP sheets are innovated after several quality-tests.
Aluminium Composite Panel is considered to be among the most durable and attractive surfaces available and has superior performance characteristics. ACP Sheets are made by sandwiching layers made of aluminum foil with LDPE and then gluing them under extreme heat and pressure. The resultant product is sturdy and waterproof and comes in a wide range of styles to make an attractive and cost-effective rain-screen façade.
Modern Aluminium Composite Panels are utilized to construct modern buildings’ exterior, interior and cladding material. Our flexible E3 ACP Panels have been manufactured with the most advanced anti-scratch and anti-fade technologies and can be bent 90o as a part of our ongoing commitment to high quality. Our production capacity is 4 million square. mt. per annum, and the production is slowly increasing by diversifying ACP options.
ACP Panels with seamless finishes give an extremely contemporary appearance to the structures available in thicknesses of 2 mm up to 6 mm max. They are specifically designed in metal-based, lightweight installation, simple to install, design flexibility, eco-friendly, weather resistance, termite proof durability, and UV resistant, available in a wide range of patterns and colors. It is easy to maintain, recyclable and swelling or shrinkage free.
